Equinocavus foot deformities are challenging clinical entities that may be treated with osteotomies and extensive soft-tissue release. The most common causes of such lesions are neglected trauma and Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease; other causes include burns, neurologic diseases, and compartment leg syndrome.
